Full payment is sent before the commission begin it's work. If you have your doubts, I am open to having the commission paid 50% upfront, and paid in full after the sketch is cleaned up.

Commission payment is via PayPal. (I am working on a Vgen account, hold tight!)

You don't need to make a PayPal account. After looking through everything here in my carrd, send me a DM or Email; wait for me to accept your commission, and I will give you a final price alongside sending the invoice through Email or just sending the payment link! You can use payment methods such as PayPal, Debit or Credit Card, and Apple Pay. (Other methods such as E-Wallets and Bank transfers may be possible depending on your location, though it will not be through PayPal. If you are curious, just tell me your payment method alongside your country and I will see if said payment method is possible. Countries that are most likely to have E-Wallets and/or Bank transfers as possible payment methods may include but not limited to : Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Netherlands, Thailand, France and much other..!) _{Note that the price will still be equivalent to the original USD counterpart}

Do not go through with the payment until I've accepted your commission and you are told to pay.

The commission will be finished within one month after the payment is received. Completion time could be finished earlier, just no more than one month. Finished Artwork will be sent through Google Drive without watermark.

The commission sketch will be started within at least the first week after payment.

Please remember that I have other commissions and work to do. Complications that might make me work slower may still happen as well (Muscle Strains, Sickness, etc). You will be notified in advance if I think your commission might finish later than intended.

You may request minor revisions or corrections however much at any stage of the art process before the artwork is finished, but do try to be specific with your revisions so it could be kept at a minimum. You cannot fix then go back on your revision an excessive amount of times, otherwise you will be charged extra.

Major revisions (changing Poses, Backgrounds, Dramatic Lighting entirely) are limited to 3 times. More than that and the customer will be charged extra.

Major revisions such as changing the Pose, Concept, and Detailed Backgrounds entirely are only available in the sketching phase, with the exception of Simple Backgrounds and Dramatic Lighting that are going to be done at the near end of the artwork before it's finished.

Revisions does not apply to major changes involving my artstyle.

Please provide visual references of the character or main subject you want me to draw. Excessive references are not needed, but it will help me greatly.

Please provide visual references if you want any certain poses, backgrounds, or any other detail. (To minimalize revisions)

Make sure that your references are clear and not confusing. It doesn't have to be flat-colored.

I may request more references if required.

No refunds. Once the payment is made, you cannot request your money back. The only instance I will allow for a refund is if I'm unable to finish your commission for whatever reason.

The finished art is for personal use only. Any use of my art for commercial purposes has to be approved beforehand by me before payment. I don't allow reselling or reproduction of my art commissions for monetary purposes unless discussed upon before payment. (Printing my art for personal use is allowed)

Don't use my art in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

Don't use my art for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.

Unless specifically requested otherwise, the commissioned artwork is free for me to upload as portfolio on galleries such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and other Social Medias in the future (The commissioner's identity will be anonymous on default unless specified otherwise). Please inform me in advance if you don't want your commissioned artwork to be uploaded.

Do not claim the commissioned artwork as yours. Credit would be appreciated but not needed.
